Each customer has a satisfaction level which influences how much money he will eventually give you and ultimately whether he will pay at all. The more a client waits between stations the less satisfied he will be. This also determines your score after each round. Gaining points is useful for advancing levels. Each level will unlock new stations and upgrades as well as award you with gems. The latter are especially useful if you want to keep your development moving along.

You see, in Tiny Auto Shop money is not the main issue. You will generally manage to buy something after a couple of rounds, but the time it takes for your purchases to actually come into effect will get from a couple of minutes to a few hours .
